Worked with a small non-profit to deploy a new member-facing Membership Management system (Wild Apricot) with an integrated payment gateway (AffiniPay - Wild Apricot Payments).
Key tasks included:
- Configured Wild Apricot to align with the nonprofit's membership types, messaging, and renewal periods.
- Integrated a "join" form to the public website for new members
- Completed data conversion for existing members
- Defined administrative processes for maintaining consistency in membership information across systems
- Trained nonprofit staff and supported initial member renewal campaigns
When complete, a significant portion of the membership management activities were automated and made self-service for members. The project also set a baseline for future projects to automatically maintain data between Membership, CRM, and Financial systems.
